A toolkit to prepare for a possible future with dementia. This video is a graduation project from the Design Academy Eindhoven by Laura Koenen.
As touching as this beautiful video was made, as touching I wanted the music to be for it. In the first part, in which the lady records the video message for herself, the music should bring all attention to the severity of this matter. In the second part, in which the lady speaks to the listener, the music should bring along hope and positivity, like sunshine through clouds. To make a more clear distinction between the future scenes and the present scenes, I added an effect to the voice to make it sound like it was played though laptop speakers in a room. The timing of the music is completely adapted to every sentence of the lady speaking.
